What data and why

We process data from the contact form (name, e-mail, message) and e-mail correspondence only to reply to you, based on your consent and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once the matter is closed.

We do not sell or share your data. It may be stored by our hosting and e-mail providers acting on our behalf, and disclosed to authorities only where required by law.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising cookies. Statistics cookies (if enabled) are set only with your consent. YouTube videos load only after you click play and consent, at which point YouTube may set its own cookies. The admin panel uses one technical session cookie. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage — change it any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Competition applications

The competition form collects information about the ensemble, contact persons, conductor and patron institution, organisational and billing details, programme, biographies, photos and scores. We use it to accept and administer participation in the selected event. The legal basis is consent and steps necessary prior to entering into and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Applications are retained for the organisation of the event, settlements and possible legal claims, then deleted or archived where required by law. Only authorised administrators can access applications and attachments.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

If you consent in the cookie box, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to learn general visit data: which pages are read and from which devices and cities. We do not link this data to your identity or use it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
